$300 (for gun and scope)
Michigan downstate hunters, for sale is my Harrington & Richardson "Ultra Slug Hunter" 12 Gauge rifled shotgun. It is the typical single-shot, break-barrel H&R gun, and is drilled and tapped and fixed with the picatinny rail that came with it. This shotgun has a rifled bull barrel designed to shoot sabot slugs, and will shoot 1" groups with ease over 100yrds. The gun has a Nikon 2-7x32 shotgun scope mounted on it (included with the $300 price).
It's in perfect shape. I've only hunted with it 3 times, never fired in the field (yeah, no kills with this gun yet), so I've only put about 10 rounds through it (about 7 or 8 rounds to zero it in when I first got it, and then a few more rounds a different day to test zero). I'm only selling it because I just got a hunting property up in the rifle zone, and I already have a muzzleloader, so I don't technically need this gun anymore (the few and far between times I'd find myself hunting in the shotgun zone, I can just deal with using my muzzleloader).
I'm asking $300. The gun retails new for between $300 and $325, and the scope for around $130. Both are in excellent, like-new condition. I'd also throw in 4 boxes of Lightfield sabot slugs (5 slugs/box), which cost around $12 per box ($48 value), for takers on the asking price. These Lightfields are the sabot slugs I used the few times I shot this gun (haven't shot enough to test them all, but the overwhelming consensus on reviews was that this gun likes these Lightfields the best).
Prospective purchasers can email me (Josh) at fisher68@gmail.com. I'm in Oakland county, with hunting property near Midland, so I can arrange something for folks closer to that area when I'm around. Also, I will be traveling to Traverse City towards the end of July for folks that live up north. I prefer to deal locally/in person, however I'm not opposed to other arrangements.
