Rocko I just made goulash this week, I start by frying up 1 pound of venison burger in a couple tablespoons of oil, While that is cooking i cook a half box
of macaroni. When the meat is about half cooked i add one medium sized onion to the frypan. when the meat and macaroni is all cooked i put them togther in a
big pot and add 2 quarts of home canned tomatos, if you dont have home canned tomatos i would use 2 large cans from the store of stewed tomatos, heat until it
is all hot, salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
Your Signature ... That's a shooter!!

Try this outdoors style-- Fry up some onion and green pepers in pan with a table spoon of oil until the onions slightly brown than add the amount of meat you
want it, brown the meat than add canned Tomatoes or a can of stewed tomatoes grounded up in the blender for a couple of seconds than add it to the meet along
with a big can Tomatoe juice , bring to boil than shut it off. while you are cooking the meat , boil some macaroni after its cooked, serv on plate than poor
themeet and juice over the Macaroni than their is a Goulash Dinner--Good Luck

Ok this is my first post, I am an Executive Chef, and Hungarian so this is right up my kitchen.. Easy as pie.... take 1 lb white onion diced, and one large
green pepper diced, with 2 ounces veg oil. Saute the onions until they are soft not brown. Then add 1lb or your favorite protein. Brown the meat. Season
with salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Then add one can of Campbell's chicken gumbo soup, and one can of Campbell's tomato soup. Stir, and add 4 tbl of
yellow mustard, and 6 tbl of heinz ketchup. Place on medium heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Then, add one can of Campbell's cheddar cheese soup. Season
with salt, pepper, and more ketchup and mustard if desired. serve like a sloppy joe, or serve over pasta. This dish sounds odd, but has a great different
flavor. (its also great for deer camp) Enjoy..........
