So here we go most fur's at the end of the season Win's one MOAB T-shirt..Whatever size...That's all we have to do is just take pic's of our kill's.Just post pic's and whoever shoots the most wins..Just another way of holding on to the hunting season..Have FUN WITH IT GUY'S ..go GET SOME OF THOSE DOG'S!!!!

Ive been wanting to get in on coyote hunting and some trapping i just dont know where to go ive really wanted to get started with some coyotes i bought some
calls and am just tryin to find somewhere to go that i will have luck anyone got some advice im located in st clair shores mi so im guessin that ill have to
drive a ways

We'll count any furry creature's as long as there coon, coyote's or foxes.Those three should work for us...shootem up.

Coyote Hunting Seasons: Statewide Jul. 15 - Apr. 15 (closed in Zones 1 & 2 during Nov. 15-30)
Coyote may be taken on private property by a property owner or designee all year if they are doing or about to do damage on private property. A license or written permit is not needed. See Nighttime Raccoon and Predator Hunting for specific regulations governing the hunting of these species at night. License: Residents possessing a valid small-game license may hunt coyote during the established season. I'm going with the calls. I'm going to try out mouth calls from bass-pro I got this summer..and maybe a coyote Decoy that will probably get shot up by
the crazies.....But all in all mouth calls...I seen alot of guys using Decoys on the shows,when they can put them on a good point were other coyote's can
see. They had good luck so will see if it holds true.

I have a 22 hornet and 223's for daytime hunting. A 17hmr, 22mag, and 12 gauge for night time.

Shotgun for those tough ones and a 30-06 for the little bugers that just want that warm feeling....
 I also like my 22 mag..They all seem to hit the dance floor when they here
that 30-odd come out though...lol By the way guys,you are aloud to use any size caliber here in mi.for coyotes even in the lower as long as it's not rifle
season then you have to use a shotgun during that time....so yes you can bring out the big guns

Well the one place I know is good is the lapeer state game area..I'm not sure about were your going to hunt.I've never personally been over there,But I do know lower Mi,has a good population of them.Just because we don't see them all the time doesn't meen there not there...If your going to try a new spot let us know here in the forum ,Good luck...be safe.. I just caught my 10th coyote this morning with the stags. I have 71 coons to!! Most of those are with my Terriers!!

I hunt most of the time in Iowa and some times in ILL You are welcome any time. From now till the end of Feb is the best cause they are breeding right now. I caught # 11 and# 12 yotes yesterday and up to 80 coons as of today!! Yotes with stags and the coons with Terriers Vargy |
