I shot my first when i was about 6... But it was by less than legal means.. I killed my own first when i was about 8 or so..

12 years old when I shot a doe. 12 years old was the first year you could hunt here in Michigan and I wish it was still that way. Now they have 10 year olds on
youth hunts with archery equipment. To young to shoot at a deer with an arrow. Just My opinion

21 years old yes thats 21 shot a spike at a quartering away shot in the stomach, with a 308 at 10 yds. My now future father in law finished him off at
100 yds.on a dead run with a 30.06 throught the heart. I still got to gut him though...................

dont feel bad concept. my first deer was with a rifle @ 12. very small 6 point. shot with my dads 30.06 pump remington. my first bow deer was this last season
i am 43 now. i just took up bow this past summer though so i dont feel to bad. it was a large dog size button buck. tasty though.

I was 12 and arrowed a 4-point in Tuscola County. It was about an 18 yard shot taken with a Darton Trail Master and probably set at 45- 50 lbs and was kinda
slow compared to the New Fangled bows of today

I was 16 and it was a 4 point taken with a Bear recurve and wood arrows. Still have the rack.

With a recurve, now that is impressive. My first deer was a doe when I was 14 and I missed it the first time with my bow and waited 10 minutes and got it the
2nd time. It was very exciting at the time.
