if this wonderful governor does shut down the state offices and services, will you still be able to buy a hunting license?
one other thought, recall her.

I bought my combo license already. I don't think there are enough people to know any better and hold "her" the governor accountable for
anything.
To many Democrats in this state and Michigan has a history of being a Democrat state so you will not hear much rumblings about her that are negative. All you will hear is this...Bush Bush Bush is to blame for Michigan's tumbleweed blowing in the wind economy!!! Get ready for the Democrat handbook to be thrown at us.....tax there way out of the poorhouse and penalize anyone that makes any money. |

How she got elected a second time is a big mystery to me. And to top it off Michigan is badly in need of some kind of help and we can't find it so they
just want to keep taxing us more and more. And yet the government wants 190 BILLION for the war NEXT YEAR. That is 190 billion dollars going to waste. Why not
throw Michigan 10 billion to help out?

War has nothing to do with Michigan's economy. Michigan has the highest unemployment rate out of all the 50 states which is over 7% and the national
average is much lower. They tax the businesses more than any other state.....what incentive do you have to open up shop here? The property tax base formula
is Higher than any other state. Take, Take, Take and punish and penalize.
When GM went on strike back in 79 there were around 400,000 employee's. Now there are around 80,000. Must be doing something wrong? Instead of trying to be cost effective and keep up with Toyota etc....they go on strike. They cannot be cost effective because they get hammered and penalized to open up and keep the shops here. They go elsewhere to open up shop because the cost is not even close. My Dad and many other's from my Family were all blue collar and worked in the shops. The union is not even close to what it once was and what it was suppose to represent. I am in total agreement that there has to be some form of protection for employee's and some form of union etc etc. But laziness and greed and the mentality of "I don't care as long as it is not in my backyard" seems to be the standard now. I think that is the case for many of us. Just my .02 and my Dad will probably tell you it is worth less than that!

Great the friggin biitch increases our income tax from 3.9 to 4.3 percent and now is adding the 6 percent sales tax to a bunch of other services that really
don't need to be taxed. And yet she wonders why we can't get new companies to move to Michigan.
